Our intentional residential community is for mature believers who desire to focus on spiritual and relational growth. Private room, shared living spaces, and off-street parking are included in leases of 3-12 months with the possibility of renewal. Rent ranges from $630-$805 depending on the length of the lease chosen and includes utilities (water, sewer, electric, natural gas, internet, house phone) and general household supplies.
